1. Introduction

Welcome to B‑Go One, a retirement membership subscription service provided by Rooted Financial Services, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Subscribers receive educational and informational services related to:

• Medicare enrollment and plan comparisons
• Social Security and retirement income strategy
• Final expense and long-term care guidance
• Estate planning awareness and support
• Email and phone-based client support

Note: No investment advice or securities guidance is provided. Brian Godfrey operates as a licensed insurance agent and coach, not as an investment adviser under this program. No fiduciary relationship is created.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Payment Processor: Stripe
• Billing Frequency: Monthly or annually (based on plan selection)
• No Refunds: All payments are final.
• Access Rights: You retain access through the end of your current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds for early cancellation.

4. Cancellation

To cancel, email [email protected]. There is no self-service cancellation portal. Requests must be received 3 business days before your next billing cycle.

5. No Guarantee of Results

You understand that all strategies and recommendations are educational in nature. We do not guarantee any financial outcome, cost savings, or coverage results.

6. Third-Party Referrals

We may refer you to trusted third parties (e.g., estate planning firms) when appropriate. These third parties are not employees, agents, or affiliates of Rooted Financial Services, LLC. You are under no obligation to engage their services.

7. Privacy & Data

We do not sell or share your personal information. Documents uploaded via secure portals (such as Google Drive) are used solely to fulfill the services described in your subscription tier. You retain full rights to access and remove your data.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the system or resell membership materials. Access is restricted to active subscribers only. We reserve the right to revoke access if abuse or redistribution occurs.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided — including PDFs, videos, templates, and guidance — is protected under U.S. copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or publish any portion of the materials without written consent.

10. Service Interruptions

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee continuous access to portals or materials. In the rare event of an outage, we will notify users via email with alternate access instructions.

11. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State of Maryland, regardless of your location at time of access.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in the State of Maryland. Each party agrees to waive class action rights and resolve any issue individually.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified by email prior to the effective date of any material changes.

15. Service Discretion and Termination Rights

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any portion of the subscription service, including its features, pricing, content, or access terms, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to terminate any subscription at our sole discretion — including cases of abuse, misalignment with our values, or conduct deemed inappropriate — with access remaining available through the current billing cycle unless otherwise determined.
